Do you have a "crutch"? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss ...

Do you have a food or beverage that you know you should probably not eat/drink, but you have a hard time staying away from it? I'm not talking about junk food or candy, but something that is low-calorie or low-fat that maybe keeps you on the straight and narrow diet path, but is not necessarily the best thing for you to have?

For me, I'm having a tough time breaking the diet soda habit. I know I should only drink water, but I still tend to have a diet soda every day. I still occasionally eat Subway, which is relatively low-calorie but has no nutritional value in the bread. And the occasional snack-size bag of Baked Doritos.

I am (knock on wood) still doing quite well on the diet, but I can't help but think I would be doing even better if I could just stay away from some of these crutches that are absolutely devoid of nutritional value.
